Here are a few pictures of the clean meals I like to eat - hope you get some ideas and get creative in the kitchen. It's all about eating quality whole foods and flavouring with a variety of spices!

Pistachio (IGF-1) Protein Pancakes with 0% Greek Yog, Berries and Almond Butter
Grilled Chilli Steak, Wholegrain Rice and Roasted Kale, Pepper and Mushrooms in Coconut Oil and Lemon
Paprika baked Salmon Fillet, Wholegrain Rice and Veggies roasted in Coconut Oil and Chilli
0% Greek Yog, Berries, Almonds and Shredded Coconut (no added sugar, check the label for that one)
Sweet Potato, Cottage Cheese, Smoked Salmon and Avocado on raw Spinach, Courgette and Pepper
Another chilli roasted Steak, Sweet Potato and roasted Kale, Pepper and Courgette
Omelette (2 eggs 1 white, pepper, courgette, brocolli, chilli powder) with Sweet Potato
Herb baked Salmon Fillet with Sweet Potato, Roasted Kale and Brocolli
4 meals ready for a day in the office

These meals are what I have been eating during the first 8 weeks of the USN challenge following a clean muscle building phase. I will continue to add more photo's of my meals throughout the next phase.
